Shipping Policy
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–13 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.
Shipping destinations. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping costs. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.
Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or delayed packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@pistox.store and we will help track it down.
