Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Pistox squishy. Because every box is a mystery blind box, please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
What is eligible. We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Blind box nature. Each box contains one randomly selected squishy. Because the surprise element is the core of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind reasons (for example, receiving a design or color you did not prefer) once a box has been opened. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged or defective items.
How to start a return. Email contact@pistox.store with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return shipping. For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover the return shipping.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items. Opened blind boxes returned for change-of-mind reasons, items damaged through misuse, and orders outside the 30-day window.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible.
