Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Pistox squishy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including the steamer box). Because blind box items are a surprise by nature, we cannot accept returns simply because you received a character you already own.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@pistox.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
